No. All of our monthly plans are billed using a recurring monthly subscription so you are able to cancel at any time. There are no contracts to sign, setup fees or cancellation fees.
Do I have to commit to a monthly plan?
No. We offer our customers a One Time Job at $69 for a one 60-minute task. If a task exceeds 60 minutes, then $50 per hour will be charged for all additional hours.
How do you handle data and confidentiality?
We handle your data with the greatest care. We will never disclose your data to any third party. If required we can also sign a non-disclosure agreement.
What if I exceed my plan’s time limit?
If a task/tasks exceeds the allowed time limit for your plan, you will either be charged $50 per hour for any additional work done or be automatically upgraded to the next level plan for one month only. We will always choose the less expensive option for you.

What does 24/7 support mean?
